Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
To try to track down what is up with #18, I will need to dump some of the guts of the representation. Don't generally want this behavior so add a -d flag to set debugging mode, in which writing to stdout is OK and there may be extra debugging keys.
