2772fd0c5c Add literal string constants (#19) 
In addition, for the sake of Haskell code generation, this PR adds static typing
  with Statix.

b9c8532899 feat: Allow expressions to be terminated/sequenced by ; 
Note that ultimately a terminated sequence may have
   a slightly different semantics (applying streams
   to `_|_`, most likely) but for now they don't.
