Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
It seems that currently in fteapot, the first press of PageDown jumps to the bottom of the current page, and then subsequent presses move down one cell, scrolling the display. By analogy with the curses version, it should scroll the display down one page's worth, and move the current cell down an equal amount, so that the current cell remains in basically the same place on the screen, just one page lower in the sheet.
