Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
When fteapot is started, the first two columns are a bit wider than the rest. When data is first entered in a later column, that column and all intervening ones suddenly become wider to match the first two, which is disconcerting.
Amusingly enough teapot reports the same numerical width for the two different on-screen widths... Something buggy going on here.
Fixed by a recent PR, perhaps #77.
