Includes documentation updates, particularly for installation.
Removes a now-duplicate parameter.
Adds project metadata.
Should be ready for release.

be97842c90 refactor: Remove report_docs_build parameter 
The underlying mkdocs_simple_plugin now itself reports the doc build
  directory. This commit also updates the documentation slightly.

1f5378fe0e chore: add metadata and mkdocs-simple-plugin version requirements 
Also update installation instructions now that pip can get simple
  from pip rather than by cloning. Should be ready for submission to PyPI.
