The vrml1 generator on https://www.georgehart.com/virtual-polyhedra/conway_notation.html poses a special challenge. Likely it will be necessary to override/replace some of the functions in the script located in that page (should be possible) to use substitutes that don't call obsolescent document.xxx functions.
