I just had occasion to quickly give many different dynamic geometry packages from across the years a brief spin, and one that had a useful feature different from most was C.a.R. (which originally stood for "Compass and Ruler"). As context: like most dynamic geometry programs, we will likely have "tools" in some form: for example, an affordance to create the midpoint between two points. Anyhow, the C.a.R. package also had style tools: you could activate the "tickmark" tool, and then clicking on a line or angle would add a tick (the kind that is used for indicating congruence between elements) -- if it had none, it would have one, if it had one it would then have two. Similarly, you could activate a "color this red" tool, and while it was active, anything you clicked would turn red. I found these tools very handy.
