Write a guide to the command language, as it's currently implemented.
Check the guide into the repository as a document in the notes folder.

Once this is done, every pull request that changes the command language should update the guide accordingly. My latest draft is on the Command language guide: work in progress wiki page. If you'd like to suggest changes, please message me rather than updating the wiki page, since I'm working locally and pasting my draft into the wiki periodically.
